Day by day

Operator Itinerary

This is the operator’s indicative itinerary. The captain and cruise director may change the sequence according to conditions, safety and marine-park regulations.

Day 1 — Check in at Sorong and depart toward Waisai.

Days 2–6 — Kri, Yangefo, Aljui Bay and Piaynemo, with multiple dives and selected trekking.

Days 7–9 — Misool, jellyfish-lake area, Fiabacet and Wayil, including possible night dives.

Day 10 — Final diving.

Day 11 — Check-out in Sorong.

THE VESSEL

Dancing Wind

A 45m Indonesian Phinisi liveaboard built in 2018, with 8 ensuite cabins for up to 20 guests, dedicated dive operations, camera facilities and Nitrox.

M/V Dancing Wind is a traditional Indonesian Phinisi built in 2018 from ironwood. The operator lists an overall length of 45 metres, a 9.5-metre beam, approximately 420 tons and an 8-knot cruising speed.

The vessel has eight guest cabins: six twins and two doubles. Four of the twin cabins can accommodate a third guest, giving a published maximum capacity of 20 guests. All cabins are listed with individual air-conditioning control and private ensuite bathrooms with hot water.

Shared spaces include a large salon and dining area, open lounge/sun areas, dedicated diving facilities and a spacious camera room.
