Oficina LTD is not currently registered in Bulgaria as a tour operator or travel agent. Coral Triangle Expeditions therefore does not currently accept bookings, deposits or other payments and does not conclude travel service or package travel contracts through this website. All website tools and forms create non-binding requests for information only.

2. Purpose of these terms

These terms govern use of the website, destination information, Trip Finder, Trip Builder, Save & Compare tools and enquiry forms during the period before Oficina LTD obtains any registration required for tour operator or travel agency activity.

They are website and enquiry terms only. They are not package travel terms, booking conditions or a travel service contract.

3. Non-binding enquiries only

Submitting a form, saving a destination, selecting a room or cabin, building an itinerary or requesting information:

  • does not create a reservation, booking, option or contract;
  • does not guarantee availability, price, itinerary or wildlife encounter;
  • does not create an obligation for you to purchase or for Oficina LTD to provide a travel service;
  • must not be accompanied by any payment or deposit to Oficina LTD.

We may respond with general information, request clarification or identify an independent operator that may be relevant. Where a third-party operator provides an offer or accepts a booking directly, its own terms, licences, payment rules and privacy information apply.

4. Destination, resort and liveaboard information

Website information is provided for research and trip-planning purposes. Descriptions, routes, schedules, rates and inclusions may originate from independent suppliers and can change without notice.

Any displayed rate is indicative unless expressly confirmed by the responsible registered supplier. Currency conversion, local fees, park fees, fuel surcharges, transfers, equipment, Nitrox, taxes and other supplements may not be included.

5. Availability and conditions

Accommodation, cabins, departures, transfers and dive services remain subject to confirmation by the relevant operator. Weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, local regulations and operational decisions may affect routes and dive sites.

Marine animals are wild. No sighting, encounter or photographic opportunity can be guaranteed.

6. Diver suitability and safety

Destination and diving information is general and cannot replace an assessment by the dive operator. The local operator has final authority over diver eligibility, required certification, medical declarations, check dives, equipment, dive profiles and whether a participant may join a particular dive.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about certification, logged dives, recent diving experience and relevant limitations when requested.

7. Independent websites and suppliers

The website may link to independent resorts, liveaboards, dive centres, insurers, transport providers or other third parties. Oficina LTD does not control their websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or security.

A contract concluded directly with an independent supplier is between you and that supplier unless written documentation expressly states otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, trip-planning structure and Coral Triangle Expeditions branding belong to Oficina LTD. Supplier images, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used with permission.

You may use the website for personal research but may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

9. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Because the website currently accepts non-binding information requests only, users should not make non-refundable travel arrangements in reliance on unconfirmed website information.

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes and future registration

These terms may be updated when website functions or legal status change. Before Oficina LTD begins any registered tour operator or travel agency activity, these temporary terms must be replaced with full booking conditions identifying the applicable registration, financial protection, insurance and contractual responsibilities.

12. Applicable law

These website terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the law of their country of residence where those rules apply.
