Physical shipping

Our website provides travel information and accepts non-binding enquiries. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Courier delivery, postal shipping and physical shipping charges do not apply.

Electronic communication

Information and responses to travel enquiries are provided electronically, normally by email or through the communication channel agreed with you.

Please provide accurate contact details. Response times may depend on the information requested and whether we need to obtain details from a travel supplier.

Submitting an enquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not confirm a booking or reserve any travel service. We currently do not accept bookings, deposits or payments through the website.

Future travel documents

Before any future booking is concluded, we will explain how and when the relevant confirmations, vouchers or other travel documents will be provided.
