These terms cover the use of coraltriangle.eu and the submission of enquiries through the website.

2. Current scope of the website

At this stage, the website provides travel information and accepts non-binding enquiries only. We do not accept bookings, deposits or payments for travel services.

Tourist agency services will commence after the company obtains the required registration and is entered in Bulgaria’s National Tourism Register. Booking conditions will be provided before any future booking agreement is concluded.

3. Enquiries

You may contact us through the website forms, email or telephone. Please provide accurate contact details and information relevant to your enquiry.

Selecting dates, rooms, cabins, guest numbers, diving activities or other options does not reserve any service or confirm availability.

Submitting an enquiry is free of charge and does not create a travel contract or an obligation to pay.

4. Prices and availability

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in EUR. Displayed prices and calculator results are indicative estimates for travel planning.

Actual availability and costs may depend on travel dates, guest numbers, accommodation choices, selected activities and supplier information.

Before any future booking agreement, the total price, applicable taxes and fees, included services, exclusions and booking conditions will be disclosed.

5. Responsible use and website information

Please use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent enquiries, send unlawful content or attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation.

Only submit information about other people when you are authorised to do so.

We aim to keep website information accurate. Please contact us if you notice an error or need clarification about a description or price.
