Overview

Out of the Blue Resort and Action Divers operate side by side on Small Lalaguna Beach in Puerto Galera. Their 2027 Coral Triangle partner packages combine premium villa accommodation, breakfast, dedicated group diving and return Manila–Puerto Galera transport.

Action Divers normally operates three boat dives per day at 09:00, 12:00 and 15:00. More than 25 local sites are generally 5–20 minutes away, allowing divers to return to the dive centre between dives.

The programme can cover drift/current dives such as The Canyons, West Escarceo and Batangas Channel, wrecks including Alma Jane and Sabang Wrecks, night diving, macro sites and an optional Verde Island half-day trip.

Dining and meal plans

Daily breakfast at The Verandah is included in all supplied villa packages.

Lunches and dinners are excluded from the package PDFs. An evening poolside BBQ is listed as an optional extra, but no fixed partner price was supplied.

Beyond diving

Out of the Blue provides a boutique resort base with pools, The Verandah restaurant and sea views. The reviewed partner package does not include a priced non-diver activity programme.

Any land touring, spa services, private bangka trips or other non-diver additions should be reconfirmed separately for the requested dates.

Getting there

The fixed group packages include round-trip private van transfer between Manila and the pier, round-trip fastcraft boat transfer between the pier and Sabang, plus tolls, pier fees and transport tips.

Action Divers' earlier standalone reference was PHP 6,000 one way for Manila–Batangas van and PHP 13,000 one way for private Batangas–Sabang sea taxi. Package-specific transfer costs remain embedded in the group package.

Dives per day

Up to 3 scheduled boat dives per day at approximately 09:00, 12:00 and 15:00. Group packages include a dedicated private dive boat and dedicated PADI Instructor / Divemaster.

Dive programme

Action Divers prices a standard local fun dive at PHP 1,400, including tank, weights/belt, boat and guide. The fixed 2027 group packages include 12, 15, 18 or 27 fun dives depending on length and group configuration.

The Canyons and other current dives are selected according to diver experience and current conditions. Wreck options include Alma Jane at about 30 m and Sabang Wrecks from shallow water to about 22 m.

Action Divers does not offer a dedicated private guide for individual FIT guests, but groups sent by Coral Triangle receive their own dedicated guide. Freelance instructors/divemasters can be added when needed.

Nitrox

Nitrox is available at PHP 400 per dive, subject to certification and operational availability.

House reef

The programme is boat-diving focused. Unlimited house-reef diving is not included; any local shore or house-reef options are confirmed separately.

Photography facilities

No dedicated camera room was confirmed in the supplied partnership material.

Puerto Galera offers a mix of macro, reef, wreck and current diving, and the dedicated group format can be paced around experienced divers and photographers within operational constraints.
