The route

Route Overview

Tubbataha is a remote UNESCO-listed marine park in the Sulu Sea comprising North and South Atolls and Jessie Beazley Reef.

The route is designed for experienced divers comfortable with blue-water procedures, drift diving and variable currents. Exact sites, sequence and wildlife cannot be guaranteed.

This package includes 6 publicly verifiable departure dates. All future availability requires written reconfirmation.

The captain and cruise director may change the sequence according to weather, currents, permits, diver experience and safe operating conditions.

Day by day

Operator Itinerary

This is the operator’s indicative itinerary. The captain and cruise director may change the sequence according to conditions, safety and marine-park regulations.

Day 1 — Embark Atlantis Infiniti in Puerto Princesa at approximately 16:00, complete safety and dive briefings, and begin the overnight crossing.

Day 2 — Dive the northern tip of North Atoll, with walls, reef sharks, rays, turtles and large gorgonians possible.

Day 3 — Explore the southern end of North Atoll, including representative areas such as Malayan Wreck, Wall Street and Amos Rock when conditions permit.

Day 4 — Move to the northern tip of South Atoll for walls, coral gardens, turtles, reef sharks and schooling fish.

Day 5 — Continue around South Atoll, including areas such as Delsan Wreck, Black Rock and T Wreck when park conditions allow.

Day 6 — Return to the southern end of North Atoll for coral slopes and current-influenced walls.

Day 7 — Make final dives at Jessie Beazley Reef when sea conditions permit, then begin the return crossing.

Day 8 — Breakfast and disembarkation in Puerto Princesa at approximately 07:00.

Diving overview

Atlantis liveaboard programmes can include up to four day dives and, at suitable locations, a night dive. The exact number depends on passages, park rules, conditions and safe no-fly planning.

All charters require Advanced Open Water certification or equivalent and at least 25 logged dives. Every diver must use a dive computer and carry visible and audible surface-signalling devices.

Conditions and experience

Conditions vary by route and can include current-influenced walls, offshore shoals, blue-water entries, wrecks, reef slopes and protected coral gardens.

Guests must be at least 15 years old. The operator assesses experience and may adjust participation for safety.

Underwater photography

Both vessels provide dedicated camera preparation and charging facilities.

Bring critical spares, batteries and storage media. Natural encounters, visibility and site access cannot be guaranteed.

Atlantis Infiniti is a purpose-designed, blue-water-rated liveaboard operated by Atlantis Dive Resorts & Liveaboards in the Philippines.

The vessel accommodates up to 25 guests in 11 air-conditioned en-suite cabins and operates seasonal itineraries across Tubbataha and the Visayas.

Atlantis Infiniti is suited to experienced divers, photographers, groups and guests combining a liveaboard with Atlantis Dumaguete or Puerto Galera.

Shared spaces

Shared facilities include an indoor lounge, dining and refreshment areas, library and entertainment, a bar, outdoor seating, partially covered sun deck and onboard shop.

Internet access depends on itinerary, mobile reception and technical availability and may be unavailable in remote areas.

Dining & dietary needs

Fresh meals and snacks are served throughout the charter. Local soft drinks, coffee, tea, filtered water, beer and social servings of wine and local rum are included.

Dietary requirements and allergies must be declared during enquiry and confirmed before travel.

Dive deck

A spacious dive deck provides individual equipment storage and rear-platform hot-water showers.

Diving is conducted from zodiac tenders. The exact daily programme remains subject to route, weather, currents, marine-park rules and guest experience.

Dive tenders

Diving is supported by zodiac tender boats for controlled drop-offs and pick-ups.

Camera facilities

Atlantis Infiniti has a dedicated air-conditioned camera room with individual workstations and charging facilities.

Photographers should bring critical spares and confirm specialist charging or storage requirements before travel.

Rental equipment

The vessel carries selected spare equipment but does not operate a complete onboard rental service.

For Dumaguete departures, rental can be arranged in advance through Atlantis Dumaguete. Other ports may require local collection and direct payment.

Safety equipment

Published safety provisions include internationally certified dive professionals, emergency oxygen, first aid, a defibrillator, life jackets and itinerary-appropriate emergency procedures.

Personal dive-accident insurance is mandatory for every guest.

Navigation equipment

Atlantis Infiniti is equipped for blue-water Philippine operations. Exact navigation, communications and emergency equipment are reconfirmed by the operator for the selected itinerary.
