Day 1 — Meet the operator's team, embark, complete safety and dive briefings, and make a check dive when timing and conditions permit.

Core cruise days — Progress through Alor, Banda Sea, Ring of Fire, Ambon with up to three day dives and a night dive when conditions and guest experience allow.

Penultimate day — A reduced dive programme is normally planned before the final passage and required no-fly interval.

Final day — Breakfast and disembarkation at the confirmed port. This is a representative sequence, not a guaranteed site-by-site itinerary.

Operator terms and departure information

Boarding

Embarkation: Maumere, Flores. Exact meeting point, transfer zone, domestic-flight window and boarding time require written confirmation.

Guests travelling from outside the embarkation area are strongly advised to arrive at least one day earlier.

Disembarkation

Disembarkation: Ambon. Do not book onward travel until the operator confirms the release time.

Allow the operator's stated minimum 24-hour no-fly interval after the final dive.

Operator's published deposit requirement

30% deposit due within 10 days of booking.

Operator's published balance schedule

Final balance due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days require 100% payment within 3 days, or before boarding when booked within 48 hours.

Cancellation terms

More than 90 days before departure: deposit refunded less a €100 per person administration fee.

90–60 days before departure: booking is non-transferable and the deposit is forfeited.

Less than 60 days before departure: non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Transfers requested more than 90 days before departure are subject to the operator's current policy and new-date rates.

Departure-specific fees

Park and port fee: €295 per person, payable onboard. The published fuel surcharge is €20 per trip day per person (12 days × €20 = €240 per person for this sailing). An additional 11% VAT applies to onboard payments. Government and operator charges can change.
