Turtle Bay Dive Resort is located at Tongo Point in Basdiot, Moalboal, Cebu. The family-built seafront resort combines 37 rooms, landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, restaurant, spa and sauna with an on-site dive operation.

Diving focuses on the Tongo Point house reef and Moalboal's wall, reef and macro sites, with the Sardine Run and Pescador Island arranged according to the daily programme and sea conditions. Pescador Island cannot be guaranteed before arrival.

About Turtle Bay Dive Resort

Dining and meal plans

Breakfast for two guests is included in the standard contracted room rate. Full board starts from €92 per adult per day in a Deluxe room at double or twin occupancy; the exact rate varies by room category, occupancy and guest age.

Lunch can be added from €10 per adult and €5 per child, and dinner from €19 per adult and €9 per child. Complimentary drinking water is included; other drinks are charged separately. Dietary requirements must be shared before arrival for confirmation.

Beyond diving

Non-divers can enjoy the swimming pool, landscaped gardens, restaurant, spa and sauna, as well as the seafront setting and house-reef area when local conditions permit.

Optional activities include kayaking, a White Beach visit and Kawasan canyoneering. A PADI Open Water Diver course can also be added for guests who want to become certified. Each option is confirmed separately for schedule, safety requirements, inclusions and price.

Getting there

Private return transfers between Cebu Airport or Cebu Pier and Turtle Bay are €133 per car or €162 per van. One-way transfers from Turtle Bay to Argao or Liloan Pier are €67 per car or €81 per van.

One-way transfers to Maya Pier are €137 per car or €155 per van. Exact pick-up point, passenger count, luggage, flight or ferry details, travel time and vehicle availability are required for confirmation.

Underwater experience

Diving from Turtle Bay Dive Resort

Dives per day

Daily shore and boat programme arranged by the dive centre using three dive boats; the exact number and sequence of dives are confirmed with the guide according to the group's plan and conditions

Dive programme

The current programme includes guided shore and boat dives with air or Nitrox, plus five-, ten-, fifteen- and twenty-dive boat packages for divers using their own equipment. Tanks, weights and guide are included in the listed dive prices; the local marine fee, equipment, night-dive supplement and 15-litre cylinders are separate where applicable.

Tongo Point is the resort house reef. The dive centre also arranges the Moalboal Sardine Run and visits Pescador Island and other local sites according to guide availability, diver experience, weather, currents and boat schedule. Pescador cannot be guaranteed before arrival, and a minimum sixteen-hour no-fly interval is required after the final dive.

Nitrox

Nitrox is available for certified Enriched Air divers. Current customer prices start at €33 for a guided Nitrox shore dive, €41 for a guided Nitrox boat dive and €162 for a five-dive Nitrox boat package, subject to confirmation.

House reef

Tongo Point is directly in front of the resort and offers wall diving, small caves, coral growth, macro subjects and frequent turtle sightings. Entry, current, visibility and guide requirements depend on tide and daily conditions. The Sardine Run is a separate Moalboal site arranged through the dive centre.

Photography facilities

Moalboal offers strong wide-angle and macro opportunities, including the Sardine Run, Pescador's Cathedral, coral walls, turtles and small reef life. A private guide can be requested for photography-focused diving.

A dedicated camera-room specification was not included in the current supplier pack. Rinse, storage, charging and work-surface arrangements for underwater camera equipment should therefore be confirmed before quotation.

These locally collected fees apply automatically when the corresponding diving activity takes place. They are shown for transparency and are not optional selections.

Turtle Bay has 37 rooms across twelve contracted categories, from Deluxe and Sea-view rooms to family configurations and the two-bedroom Supreme. Contracted bed-and-breakfast rates start from €106 per room per night for two guests, including breakfast for two.

All rooms include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot-and-cold shower, minibar, complimentary drinking water, Wi-Fi and private outdoor space. Exact bedding, additional-guest charges and room allocation are confirmed before booking. Separately identified official photos were not supplied for the Annex variants or Supreme, so those room records intentionally contain no mislabelled images.
